The Bikers drove across North east of Thailand on Kawasaki 650 versys bikes starting from Bangkok and driving across Nakhon Nayok, Nakhon Ratchasima (Khao Yai, Wang Nam Kiew, Chokchai Farm) and Ayutthaya. The bikers soaked in the scenic beauty of the region and indulged in soft adventure activities at several places. They covered a total of 750 kilometers.
The group included a mix of journalists and travel agents who are serious bikers and have undertaken tours of such nature in the past. Kawasaki partnered with TAT for the bikes.
“This was the first time we hosted a Biking tour from India. We wanted to showcase and highlight road trips one can do in Thailand. It was an incredible experience as per the travelers and we hope that Thailand will now soon be the hub for biking tours as well,” says Mr. Sethaphan Buddhani, Director, Tourism Authority of Thailand, Mumbai Office.
