Ambassador of Thailand to India launched the Royal Mobile Dental Unit

On 11 Oct. 2024, Ms. Pattarat Hongtong, Ambassador of Thailand to India, has presided over the openning ceremony of the Royal Mobile Dental Unit organised by the Faculty of Dentistry, Chiang Mai University. The project aims at providing dental care to monks, novices and nun praticing buddhism at Royal Thai Manastery in Gaya. During the openning speech, Amb. Pattarat expresses her appreciations toward the Faculty of Dentistry, Chiang Mai University and stressed the role of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, The Royal Thai Embassy and the Royal Thai Consulate-Generals in India on the promotion of buddhism cooperation and P2P ties between Thailand and India of which the Royal Thai Buddhism Missionary (India-Nepal) is one of the main supporting mechanism. The consular role of Thai Offices in India to help uplift standards of Thais, including monks and nuns, and advices for living in India are also shared by Amb. Pattarat for the attendees of the event.
