On 30 August 2024 H.E. Ms. Pattarat Hongtong, Ambassador of Thailand to India, presided over the PIONEER Delhi 2024: Leading the Way in Thailand-India Business Connections co-organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce of Thailand, and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

The PIONEER Delhi 2024 is the platform for entrepreneurs to establish business connection between 55 Thai entrepreneurs participating in this event and Indian businesses through B2B session. Some of Thai entreprenuers from this event will also join the Thailand Week during 31 August - 2 September 2024 at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon.

In this occasion, Ambassador had a meeting with Mr. O.P Lohia, Senior Member of FICCI and Member of ASEAN India Business Council (AIBC). Both sides discussed about business opportinities between the two countries. Following the networking event, Ambassador hosted a dinner in honour of the delegation from the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province and the Thailand Post who visited New Delhi to attend the PIONEER Delhi and the Thaialnd Week.
