On 7 November 2025, the Embassy organized a merit-making ceremony (Thaksinanupathan) to dedicate merit to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother of Thailand on the occasion of the fifteenth day (Panrasamawan) following Her Majesty’s passing. The ceremony featured a traditional altar with the Royal Portrait of Her Majesty and ceremonial offerings. H.E. Ms. Chavanart Thangsumphant, Ambassador of Thailand to India, together with the Heads of Team Thailand’s Offices, officials of the Royal Thai Embassy in New Delhi, and their family members, participated in the merit-making activities, which included food offering to monks, Buddhist chanting, and presentation of offerings (Sangkhadana), to pay homage and dedicate merit to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother.

In addition, the Embassy organized an activity entitled “United in Loyalty”, which included a collective oath of allegiance and the singing of the Royal Anthem before the royal portrait to express loyalty to the Nation, Religion, and Monarchy.
