On 7 November 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in New Delhi organized a commemorative event on the occasion of 100th anniversary of the passing of His Majesty King Vajiravudh (Rama VI), which falls on 25 November 2025. . H.E. Miss Chavanart Thangsumphant, Ambassador of Thailand to India, along with the Heads of Team Thailand’s Offices and officials of the Royal Thai Embassy in New Delhi, as well as their family members, have performed activities, namely, a wreath-laying ceremony followed by 44 seconds of silence in remembrance of His Majesty’s boundless benevolence and enduring legacy.

In addition, the Embassy also held a ceremony to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Her Royal Highness Princess Bejaratana Rajasuda, which falls on 24 November 2025, during which floral tributes were respectfully laid in Her Royal Highness’s honour.
