On 13-14 September 2024 H.E. Ms. Pattarat Hongtong, Ambassador of Thailand to India, together with Mr. Racha Aribarg, Consul General of Thailabd in Chennai, paid a visit to Visakhapatnam, State of Andhra Pradesh. During the visit, Ambassador met with the Confederation of Indian Industry of Andhra Pradesh. Both sides discussed areas of interest that Thailand and Andhra Pradesh could expand in the future especially on trade and investment.

During this trip, Ambassador also visited the Feed Meal Factory and met with executives of CPF India led by Mr. Sirapong Na Pongsa, Vice President for aquaculture business of CPF India. CPF gave a presentation on its business which has been sellted in India for almost 30 years. Following this, Ambassador also met Mr. Murali Krishna Gannamani, Managing Director of Fluent Grid, the IT solutions provider who build a system for Smart City in many states in India. In this occasion, Ambassador als visited the Visakhapatnam's City Operations Center.
