On 11 October 2022, H.E. Ms. Pattarat Hongtong, Ambassador of Thailand to India, attended the opening ceremony of the 4th branch of Lots Wholesale Solution, a wholesale – standalone hypermarket based in Sarita Vihar, New Delhi.

During the opening ceremony, the Ambassador congratulated LOTS and appreciated their successful expansion plan, and stressed that the increase in investment value by LOTS signified the degree of trust the Thai private sector has towards the potential of Indian market. The Ambassador went on to say that apart from opening new door of opportunities for the company, entering the Indian market also helped steer the Thailand’s reputation among the Indian public, especially in excellence in services, logistics, and quality control.

LOTS Wholesale Solution is a registered Thai company in India and a wholly owned subsidiary of Siam Makro Public Company Limited. By entering the Indian market, LOTS hopes to bring their 30 years plus experience in serving B2B customers in Thailand to India through range of products – fresh produce, packaged produce, electronics, stationary, etc, which will help strengthening capacity of Indian MSMEs, the community of which is currently the world’s largest.
