On 6 August 2025, Ms. Chavanart Thangsumphant, Ambassador, delivered the opening remarks and participated in the Amazing Thailand Roadshow in New Delhi, organised by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT).

On this occasion, the Ambassador emphasized the safety of Indian tourists, even amidst the ongoing tensions between Thailand and Cambodia, while both sides are making efforts to restore the situation to normalcy as soon as possible.

The Ambassador also congratulated the TAT team for their successful efforts, including the Roadshow, which contributed to a record 2.1 million Indian visitors to Thailand in 2024.

The Ambassador also promoted the upcoming Amazing Thailand Grand Diwali Festival, to be held from 16–20 October 2025 in Bangkok and other cities, which is expected to attract 50,000 visitors from India.
