On November 30, H.E. Ms. Pattarat Hongtong, Ambassador of Thailand to India, inaugurated the second branch of Whizdom Club in Gurugram, Haryana (4th floor, Tapasya One Building, Golf Course Road). Whizdom Club is a project by Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC) in India, marking MQDC's first investment venture in the country. The business focuses on co-working spaces, providing members with a modernly designed workspace equipped with amenities such as ergonomically-oriented chairs and work tables.

The space offers both hot-desk arrangements and private rooms, with additional areas available for long-term rental for startup companies that wish to use MQDC as their main office. Furthermore, the design of the space takes into consideration the health of users, including the use of ergonomic desks and chairs suitable for long hours of computer work. The flooring is made of materials that do not emit carcinogenic substances, and air purifiers are installed as part of the air conditioning system. These features highlight the excellence of Thai private sector services provided to the people of India.
