On 22 December 2022, Ambassdor Pattarat Hongtong attended the virtual signing ceremony of the Cultural Exchange Programme (CEP) between Thailand and India for the year 2022 - 2027 at the National Museum, New Delhi. The document was signed by H.E. Mr. Itthiphol Kunplome, Minister of Culture of Thailand and H.E. Mr. G. Kishan Reddy, Minister of Culture of India.

The Cultural Exchange Programme aims at strenghtening cultural ties and cooperation between the two countries on various areas including archeology, anthropology, literature, performing arts, etc.
