Three logo design participants, out of the 798 submissions were declared winners based on their creativity and their artistic skill. The logos which showcased the best linkages between Thailand and India were put forward as prizewinner. The logo of the first winner is encouraged by “Pha Khao Ma” and “Sari” which are two traditional fabrics in Thailand and India and this reflects the inter linkages and the 75th anniversary between the two countries. The winning logo will be used throughout the year for different commemorative activities that are to be organised in both the countries in various areas to promote political ties, trade and investment, as well as people to people exchanges.

Ever since the diplomatic relations started on 1 August, 1947, Thailand- India relations have been close and cordial, founded on long-standing cultural linkages between the peoples of the two countries.
