On 22 May 2024, H.E. Ms. Pattarat Hongtong, Ambassador of Thailand to India, together with officials from the Royal Thai Embassy, Heads of Team Thailand Offices and family as well as Thais and Indians living in New Delhi, attended the merit making on the occasion of Vesak Day, at the Bhogal Buddha Vihar Temple. Apart from the tradition of merit-making on such occasion, Ambassador Pattarat also took this opportunity to give a word of blessing to Thais and Indians attending the event and also informed Thais of the Embassy’s works and activities to promote Thailand in India.
