On 27-30 August 2025, H.E. Ms. Chavanart Thangsumphant, Ambassador of Thailand to India, attended the 5th ASEAN-India Youth Summit, organised by the India Foundation at Goa.

 

In the event and as one of the panelists, Ambassador Chavanart has reiterated the importance of promoting educational and cultural ties among ASEAN and Indian youth who will be a strong force for the future of the region, the building of trust among youth and the possible roles of India in promoting people-to-people cooperation with an aim to develop youth capacity and fostering trust as well as Thailand’s commitment to promote good relation with neighbours and to act as a bridge linking ASEAN and India.
