On 25-28 August 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy, New Delhi organized the Mobile Consular Service and the Annual Health Check-up for Thai Students in Aligarh, Sarnath, and Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

 

The Embassy conducted the Mobile Consular Service on 27 August 2025 at Wat Thai Sarnath, Sarnath, and on 28 August 2025 at the Taj Mahal Lucknow Hotel. Services provided included applications for passports and emergency travel documents, collection of passports, Birth Registration, and consular consultations for Thai nationals residing in Varanasi, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and nearby areas.

 

In the same week, the Embassy also organized the Health Check-up Program for Thai students in Northern India from 25-28 August 2025, namely; Aligarh Muslim University , Banaras Hindu University, Lucknow University, Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulama University, and Integral University, by the medical team from Nopparat Rajathanee Hospital, Department of Medical Services, Ministry of Public Health, comprising: Mr. Teeradej Pathomwanit, Medical Doctor, Senior Professional Level, Ms. Wanida Kamphusan, Registered Nurse, Senior Professional Level, Ms. Rattiporn Krutpa, Registered Nurse, Senior Professional Level, and Ms. Manchuporn Yomsiri, Practical Pharmacist.

 

The Embassy attaches great importance to the protection, care, and empowerment of Thai nationals residing in India, focusing on programs aligned with the 5H Strategy of the Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Head - enhancing knowledge, Hand – promoting professional skills, Heart - strengthening mental resilience, Health - promoting good health, and Harmony - fostering unity and solidarity within the Thai community.
