On December 30, 2024, Ms. Pattarat Hongtong, Ambassador of Thailand to India, along with officials from the Royal Thai Embassy in New Delhi, participated in a Buddhist ceremony and merit-making event in honor of His Majesty King of Thailand. The event was organized by Wat Thai Buddhagaya (Royal Thai Monastery Bodhgaya) at the precincts of the Mahabodhi Tree in Bodh Gaya, Bihar.
