In order to support Buddhism in India, Ms. Pattarat Hongtong, Ambassador of Thailand to India, has visited Gaya, Bihar during the Celebration of Bodh Mahotsava-2023 which is an annual and one of the most important cerebrating events conducted by Gaya’s concerned authorities on 26-29 Jan 2023 in Gaya, Bihar. During the visit, Ambassador Pattarat has paid a call on Phra Dham Bhodivongs, the Abbot of the Thai Temple in Bodh Gaya, and discussed various topics on collaborations between the temple and the Embassy and the projected renovation of the temple.
