On 26 June 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in New Delhi organized social service activities under the “Royal Initiatives Volunteers” programme in commemoration of the Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty the Queen of Thailand. On this occasion, H.E. Ms. Chavanart Thangsumphant, Ambassador of Thailand to India, led the Royal Volunteers, consisting of Heads of Team Thailand Offices and Embassy staff, to participate in planting 94 local tree saplings. The activity was in collaboration with the Vrikshit Foundation, an NGO dedicated to creating a clean and hygienic environment for the community. The activity aimed to increase green spaces and rehabilitate degraded areas in New Delhi, contributing to cleaner air and a healthier ecosystem.
